About the Role

Join our Mental Health team as a Nurse Unit Manager and lead the delivery of high quality, recovery focused care within a supportive multidisciplinary environment. You will coordinate clinical services, build team capability and maintain strong standards that support positive consumer outcomes.

- Lead nursing and multidisciplinary team performance
- Coordinate safe, high quality consumer care
- Support staff development and positive team culture
- Drive practice improvement and uphold standards
- Collaborate with clinical leaders and external services
- Build strong relationships across healthcare teams

About You You are an experienced mental health nurse and strong clinical leader who is passionate about person centred care, team development and positive consumer outcomes.
- AHPRA registration with mental health nursing qualification
- Lead teams and drive clinical practice improvement
- Support staff growth and foster positive team culture
- Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary services
- Manage competing priorities and lead change effectively
