About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and organised Occupational Health Assistant to support our occupational health team in delivering high-quality care and promoting employee health and wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with occupational health assessments and screening programs.
- Support health surveillance and wellness initiatives.
- Prepare clinical areas and equipment for appointments.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Provide administrative support to the occupational health team.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and confidentiality standards.

About You
- Previous experience in healthcare, allied health, or administration is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.




- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems.
- A current Working With Children Check, Police Check, or other relevant clearances may be required.

Salary $5,000–$7,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
