Ayes Health are seeking a full-time Qualified Occupational Therapist to join our allied health team in Austral, NSW. New Graduate and Early Career OT's are encouraged to apply! As an occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive services to our patients, helping to improve their daily living skills and overall quality of life.

What you'll be doing Conduct thorough assessments to identify in patients of all ages or your choosing

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Speech pathologists, psychologists and physiotherapists, to provide holistic care

Educate patients, families and caregivers and provide strategies for management

Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation to ensure the highest standard of patient care

Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices What we're looking for Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification

Registered or eligible for registration with the AHPRA

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans





Demonstrated commitment to ongoing career development and evidence-based practice

Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Ability to work independently with ability to grow as a senior OT making decisions and having autonomy on your own case load.
