The Company

We're a small, highly relational mobile practice on the Mornington Peninsula. We see all ages and all abilities and match the right therapist to the right person.

The Role

Occupational Therapist, paediatrics. Firm Foundation OT, Frankston and Mornington Peninsula.

The work

Neurodivergent kids 0 to 18, mostly early years. Mainly autism and ADHD. Homes, kinders, schools, community. Some telehealth. Mainly NDIS, some private. One to one, plus some parent-only sessions. Predominantly hands-on therapy, some reports. Training provided in our report method.

Hours

Full-time or part time. 3, 4 or 5 days. Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.

Caseload

Four clients a day on target, around 65% utilisation. Ramp of 40 to 50% for the first three to six months. Existing waitlist plus clients transitioning from me. You choose who you take on and how complex.

Pay

$90,000 FTE base. 12% super on base and bonus. 20% of your billings above $180,000 FTE, uncapped, paid quarterly.

On target: $115,400 full-time. $92,400 at four days. $69,300 at three days.



All including super.

We provide

Funded external clinical supervision. $2,000/year PD plus paid PD days. Laptop, phone, therapy resources, assessment kits. Practice manager handling billing and scheduling. Travel at $0.99/km. Four weeks leave, ten days personal, pro rata.

You provide

AHPRA registration. Your own professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Car and licence.

Requirements

2+ years OT, concentrated in paediatrics. Experience with neurodivergent kids. Neuro-affirming. Sensory Profile 2, COPM, BOT-2, Beery VMI. WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening.

Not in this role

Adults, SIL/ILO, home mods, complex AT, support worker training, supervising anyone.
