There are opportunities for collaborative teamwork including participation in daily multidisciplinary discharge planning meetings. The role will support the learning and development of junior occupational therapy staff, Allied Health Assistants, and Occupational Therapy undergraduate students.The role includes a 1:2 weekend shift requirement.

Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, evidence-based allied health care through independent management of a clinical caseload and participation in multidisciplinary assessment, treatment and review - Contribute to service development and improvement by supporting clinical policy implementation, data and documentation quality, and innovative practice - Demonstrate leadership and collaboration through participation in committees, supervision of junior staff/students, and effective communication with stakeholders - Maintain professional accountability by adhering to registration, credentialing, legislative and organisational requirements, while engaging in continuous learning and reflective practice What we’re looking for - Current AHPRA registration (where applicable)
