By joining the Liverpool Occupational Therapy department you will be responsible for providing evidence-based, innovative and practical solutions to support the patient journey through a busy tertiary acute hospital, you will work closely with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-goals. You will be using your excellent organisational and communication skills to manage your day and provide up to date information about your patients to various stakeholders within and external to the hospital setting. Your knowledge and skills will continuously improve through the various learning opportunity and clinical expert clinicians in the department.

Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Recognised

Degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Demonstrated clinical experience in providing occupational therapy assessment and intervention in an acute clinical caseloads.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
