As a full time or part time Occupational Therapist you will be providing high-quality assessments and interventions to our clients to support independent living. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, planning, interventions and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting.
In this role you will be…
- Ensuring appropriate delivery of quality Occupational Therapy services tailored to the individual needs of the client and using a person-centred approach
- Conducting assessments and providing interventions to clients in their own home
- Engaging with other Case Managers, Allied Health Professionals, GP’s and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective client care
- Writing reports which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers
- Able to reflect our practice values of Care, Respect, Integrity and Service Excellence in all that you do.
- Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GP’s, community centre’s and other referrers.

Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:
- Occupational Therapy degree, with General AHPRA registration.
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team; and ability to work autonomously in the community
- An enjoyment of working with the older adult and adult disability demographics
- Full working rights in Australia
- Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or able to obtain.
- Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check upon successful application.
