About the Role
We are expanding and looking for multiple Occupational Therapy Clinical Supervisors across our sites in Melbourne’s East, West, and North. You will supervise and mentor new graduate, early career, and new-to-community OT clinicians — playing a pivotal role in building clinical confidence, quality of care, and professional development across our teams. This is a hybrid role; you will manage your own schedule with the support of our leadership team.
Your Duties will include
· Supervise OT students on clinical placement across Ignite sites
· Provide clinical supervision to new graduate and early career OT clinicians
· Support quality and continuity of care in community and NDIS settings
· Mentor clinicians transitioning into community Allied Health practice
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver tailored client outcomes
You will have / be a
· AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
· Clinical experience in community or disability settings (NDIS and/or My Aged Care)
· Experience in interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary Allied Health environments – Highly desired
· Current driver’s licence
· Interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary team experience highly regarded
· Strong written, verbal, and computer literacy skills
