Attractive Salary Package
- $90,000 – $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role
You will work as part of an integrated multidisciplinary Allied Health team delivering person-centred services across aged care, restorative and community environments.
The role may include
- Functional assessments (Personal Care, Kitchen and Laundry Assessments, etc)
- Equipment prescription and education
- Environmental assessments (Home Modifications)
- Reablement and restorative interventions
- Falls risk assessment and falls prevention strategies
- Cognition assessment and dementia support strategies
- Supporting older people to maintain/improve independence, dignity and quality of life
About You We are looking for people who have:
- Work experience in community aged care, experience working with TCP and SaH clients is desirable but not essential
- Passionate about older people and quality care
- Practical, cooperative and compassionate
- Strong communicators
- Open to innovation and service improvement
- Registered with AHPRA
