On behalf of our client, a global luxury brand we are very excited to be working on finding them anaccomplished Boutique Manager for their beautiful Sydney CBD boutique.

We are seeking a sound retailer who has a solid business acumen, robust operations skill set and the ability to create a world-class, inviting shopping environment. A strong product background in women's RTW is important, as is your ability to inspire and lead your team in a fun and positive way.

This role reports into the regional office and you will be accountable for a small store team.

Skills and Experience

- Able to execute client development strategies and plans
- Strong experience in driving sales, KPI's and sales metrics, performance management and succession planning
- Operating within a global business, dealing with senior stakeholders and regional offices on a daily basis
- Premium and/ or luxury market knowledge; women's RTW advantageous

Salary on offer is a range of $100k - $120k + super + strong bonus and incentives.
