Fortstone Property Services in Geelong is seeking a locally based Facilities Manager to oversee a brand-new apartment building under the National Affordable Housing Scheme. This is a part time role with 16 hours per week, on-site, starting August 2026.

You will lead operational, safety and compliance activities, manage maintenance, access control, CCTV, and bookings, coordinate contractors, and keep the budget in check for the Owners Corporation.
