About the Role

This role covers a genuine mix of commercial and residential installations across Sydney, including:

- Split and multi-head system installations
- Ducted system installations
- VRV/VRF installations
- Commissioning and handover

This is an installation only role. There is no service, breakdown or on-call work.





We are heavily focused on long term growth and developing our people. Opportunities available to move into:

- Lead Installer and Senior Technician roles
- Team leadership
- Commercial projects
- Estimating and technical support

- Installation of split systems through to package units across both commercial and residential projects
- Pipework, ductwork, electrical connections and controls
- Commissioning systems to manufacturer specifications
- Quality checks and client handover
- Compliance and digital job documentation through SimPRO

All work is based in Sydney.

What We're Looking For

- Current Driver's Licence
- Proven experience installing split systems through to package units
- Experience across both commercial and residential installations
- Ability to commission systems independently
- Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
- Pride in workmanship and presentation

Highly Regarded:

- Experience with VRV/VRF installations
- Electrical disconnect/reconnect licence
- Experience on commercial construction sites
- Experience using SimPRO or digital job systems
- Leadership capability or mentoring apprentices
