Community Mental Health Clinician – Adult Recovery & Wellbeing
Full Time - $74,885.20 – $112,101.60 per year dependant on qualifications and experience

The Role:
Our Adult Recovery and Wellbeing Services team provides specialist treatment and support to help clients with serious mental illness achieve their recovery goals in the community, alongside collaboration with external agencies.
We're looking for an experienced Mental Health Clinician to join our established team. Shifts currently sit within business hours, Monday to Friday — this may evolve as our model of care transforms in line with the Royal Commission into Mental Health.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A relevant degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy
Current registration/membership with your discipline's relevant professional body
Experience working with clients with serious mental illness in a community setting
Experience in a recovery-oriented model of care
Case management experience within a multidisciplinary team
Remuneration
Positions will be classified according to qualification under the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement, as NP81 (Registered Nurse Grade 3), YC42 (Social Worker Grade 2), YB20 (Occupational Therapist Grade 2), or PK1 (Psychologist Grade 3).
