The Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's day-to-day operations, lead and develop the team, and drive robust commercial performance while upholding the high standards associated with a luxury retail environment.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing the team
- Driving sales, KPIs and store performance
- Delivering an elevated customer experience
- Building strong and lasting client relationships
- Maintaining premium visual and presentation standards
- Managing stock,



inventory and store operations
- Overseeing rosters, payroll and daily administration
- Creating a positive and high-performing team culture

We are looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager who is passionate about luxury retail and understands how to deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

You will ideally have:
