Support the Senior Cost Controller in developing, delivering, andmaintainingcost controls, systems, and processes, including time phasing budgets, cost variance reporting, cash flow reporting, forecasting, and change management.

Develop innovative performance indicators to assess program and project performance, producing regular reports for management and stakeholders with recommendations for performance improvement.

Regularly review and analyse program performance, including trend analysis in cost, andprovidesound advice on corrective actions to ensure program and projectobjectivesare achieved.

Provide input into the development of creative cost control initiatives that enhance cost control systems and processes.

Negotiate with and influence key internal and external stakeholders to foster effective relationships related to cost controls,providingsound advice to managers and stakeholders on program and project management activities.

The Cost Controller is pivotal in aiding the Senior Cost Controller to develop and uphold cost controls, systems, and processes. This role entails analysing program performance, offering insights for corrective actions, and contributing to innovative cost control initiatives. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing month-end cost reporting, negotiating with stakeholders,



and actively engaging in the refinement of cost control policies and strategies.
