We’re seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join a leading Western Australian organisation on a six-month full-time casual contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
Supporting a small, cooperative team, you’ll become the central coordination point for the office, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while providing high-quality administrative and operational support.
About the Role
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You’ll coordinate office operations, support the leadership team, manage day-to-day administration and play an important role in keeping the office running efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of a busy office
- Manage stationery, office supplies, kitchen consumables and shared workspaces
- Coordinate catering, meetings and team events
- Process expenses and liaise with Finance
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and the broader team
- Assist with diary coordination when required
- Act as the primary point of contact for the office
- Support the coordination and delivery of internal and external events
- Maintain and improve office systems, processes and documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency
- Coordinate a variety of operational and project-related administrative activities
About You
You’ll be someone who naturally takes ownership and enjoys creating structure in a busy environment.
You’ll bring
- Previous experience in office coordination, team administration or a similar operational support role
- Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work
- A continuous improvement mindset and a genuine desire to make things work better
- Confidence supporting multiple stakeholders across a collaborative team
