We're seeking an experienced Office Leasing Agent to join our office leasing team and play a lead role in landlord and tenant brokerage across Sydney CBD. This is a senior, client-facing role for an established operator with 3–5 years' experience and a genuine network across the CBD market — someone who already has relationships with landlords, tenants and their advisers,



and is ready to bring that network to a boutique platform where they can build something of their own. You'll work closely with the founders of the business on strategy, pitches and execution, with real scope to shape the direction of the leasing practice as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing execution & transaction management

- Manage landlord and tenant mandates across the Sydney CBD office market end-to-end, from instruction through to lease execution
- Tenant negotiations on behalf of landlord clients, structuring deals that balance client objectives with market conditions
- Prepare and present leasing information memoranda, building submissions and lease proposals
- Manage marketing campaigns for CBD listings, including agency appointments,



collateral and inspections
- Track and manage a live pipeline of leasing opportunities, enquiries and lease expiries across your client base

Client & landlord relationships

- Maintain and grow deep, trusted relationships with institutional and private landlords across the Sydney CBD
- Maintain an active network of tenant representatives, occupiers and advisers to source and progress opportunities
- Act as a trusted adviser to landlord clients on leasing strategy, asset positioning and market conditions
- Deliver regular, high-quality reporting to landlord clients on leasing activity, market positioning and asset performance

Business development

- Proactively identify and pursue new landlord and tenant opportunities across the CBD
- Lead or co-lead recent business pitches, drawing on market data, competitive analysis and deal structuring expertise
- Represent Laguna Property Partners at industry events, PCA functions and networking opportunities to build market profile
- Identify off-market opportunities and emerging requirements ahead of the broader market

Requirements

- 3–5 years' experience in Sydney CBD office leasing, in an agency or in-house leasing role
- Demonstrated, active relationships across both the landlord and tenant/occupier side of the market — an existing network you can bring to the role
- Current NSW real estate licence
- Strong track record of deal execution and negotiation in a competitive CBD leasing environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent the business at a senior level
- Entrepreneurial mindset — genuinely motivated by the opportunity to help build a boutique agency
- Relevant tertiary education qualifications/degrees
