Office Manager / Accounts & Operations Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Chermside, Brisbane QLD
Employment Type: Part-Time (2-3 days per week initially - negotiable)

About Us
C&C; Construct Pty Ltd is a small family run, Brisbane based Precast installation company delivering high-quality precast installation services across the Brisbane region. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to help streamline our administration, supplier management, equipment compliance and project support functions.
This is an opportunity to become a key member of a close-knit team where you'll work alongside the director of business at the office and warehouse in Chermside and play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly, with a direct say in how to implement new business systems relating to role.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised individual who enjoys creating structure, managing processes and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Working closely with the Director, project supervisors and finance, you will take ownership of a variety of administrative, procurement and operational support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supplier Administration
• Manage office and warehouse consumable stock levels.
• Coordinate purchasing and supplier orders.
• Track deliveries and reconcile delivery dockets against purchase orders.
• Review supplier invoices and verify pricing accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve discrepancies relating to deliveries, invoices and orders.
• Prepare invoices for finance approval and payment processing.
Project Cost Tracking & Administration
• Monitor materials and consumables allocated to projects.
• Maintain records of project-related purchases and costs.
• Assist in ensuring purchases are correctly coded and allocated to jobs.
• Support supervisors with record-keeping of site deliveries and purchases.
Asset & Compliance Management
• Maintain equipment registers.
• Track and coordinate servicing schedules of vehicles and equipment
• Organise testing, compliance inspections and certifications for company equipment.
• Ensure all compliance records are maintained and current.
Office & Team Support
• Assist with document management and record keeping.
• Coordinate office administration processes.
• Follow up outstanding information with staff and suppliers.
• Help maintain efficient systems and procedures across the business.
• Support management with general administration and operational tasks.
About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:
• Previous experience in construction office administration, office management, accounts administration or project administration in construction sector or related sectors.
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with construction industry administration will be highly regarded.
• Experience with accounting or job costing software is advantageous but not essential
