What You'll Do

- Drive smooth daily operations and patient flow
- Lead and support a clerical team of up to 15
- Manage rosters, schedules, and front-of-house performance
- Oversee financial tasks including daily banking
- Build solid relationships with internal and external hospital stakeholders

What You Bring

- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Clear, confident communication




- Strong organisational ability and system-savvy workflow management
- Healthcare or radiology experience is a bonus
- VISAGE experience is desirable
