Educonnect Australia is looking for a proactive and motivated Student Success & Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth team on a part-time basis.

This is a dynamic role where you'll support students throughout their study journey while driving student recruitment and promoting Educonnect Plus services. Student Recruitment & Sales

Sales & Business Development

Marketing & Community Engagement Student Success & Recruitment

Provide personalised education counselling to prospective and current international students.

Guide students through the admissions process, from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

Build strong relationships to enhance student satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

Identify suitable education pathways and additional study opportunities.

Achieve recruitment and enrolment targets through excellent customer engagement. Sales & Business Development

Generate new student leads through networking, referrals, community engagement, and marketing initiatives.

Convert enquiries into successful enrolments using a consultative sales approach.

Promote Educonnect Plus services to existing and prospective students.





Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Build and maintain relationships with education providers and referral partners. Marketing & Community Engagement

Create engaging content for social media, blogs, videos, and student success stories.

Support marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Participate in education events, networking functions, and student engagement activities.

Represent Educonnect professionally within the local international student community.

About You We're looking for someone who is: Passionate about helping students succeed A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Organised with strong time management skills

Comfortable with sales, marketing, and customer service You'll also have:

Experience in student recruitment, education consulting, sales, customer service, or business development.

Knowledge of the Australian international education sector (highly regarded).

Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Social media and digital marketing experience is an advantage.

Multilingual skills are highly regarded.
