We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Administration Support Officer who will play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the new Logic Innovation Precinct (LIP). Working closely with the Commercial Manager and a wide range of industry, education and community stakeholders, you'll coordinate administration, support training and events, manage bookings and systems, and help to deliver outstanding customer experience.

This is more than a traditional administration role, no two days will be the same. You'll be part of the team that keeps the precinct running smoothly while contributing to exciting projects supporting advanced manufacturing, transport, logistics and emerging technologies.

Selected Duties:

- Coordinate facility bookings, meetings, travel and day-to-day precinct administration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to students, industry partners, precinct users and visitors.
- Support training programs, commercial activities and stakeholder events.
- Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and operational reports.
- Contribute to improving systems, processes and the overall customer experience.
- Support education delivery by managing user,



attendance, programme, compliance, and facility data to meet funding and regulatory requirements.

ABOUT YOU Skills & Experience

Essential:

- Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent skills and experience).
- Experience providing administration support in a busy operational environment.
- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
- A current Australian Driver Licence (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable:

- Demonstrated experience working scheduling, booking management systems and data analysis.
- Event coordination and logistics.
