We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about analyzing business operations, improving processes, and using data-driven insights to enhance organizational performance.

? Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports and dashboards.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

• Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize business operations.

• Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational processes.

• Support project implementation, performance tracking, and change management initiatives.

• Identify operational risks and recommend practical solutions to improve performance.

• Maintain accurate operational records, databases, and documentation.

• Prepare presentations and reports for management meetings and strategic reviews.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in operations, business analysis, data analysis, consulting,



or a related field is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

• Experience with SQL, ERP systems, or business intelligence tools is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with solid attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
