Join SABE Services Group, a Queensland‑owned leader in commercial HVAC design, installation, and maintenance. We're expanding our Corporate Team and looking for an energetic Business Systems Support Officer to support our Health, Safety, Setting & Quality systems.
Reporting to the HSEQ Systems Manager, you will:
- Support HSEQ systems and safe work procedures
- Assist with audits, site visits, and incident reporting
- Maintain contractor compliance and staff licence records
- Prepare documents, inductions, and communications
- Provide support across all operational areas
What You'll Need
- QLD Construction Card (White Card)
- Excellent skills in administration, organisation, communication, and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel, Word and Outlook essential
- Manual driver's licence
- The ability to interpret technical documents and manuals, legislation and training documents
