We're looking for a Production Worker to join our team in Tamworth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, likes variety in their day and wants to be part of a small, hardworking team where everyone pitches in to get the job done.

As a Production Worker, you'll work across a range of activities including manufacturing, bottling, warehousing and despatch. One day you might be preparing raw materials for production, the next operating a forklift, loading trucks or helping prepare customer orders for despatch. No two days are exactly the same.

What we're looking for:

- Current High Risk Forklift Licence (essential)




- Experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse or similar environment
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting throughout the day
- A reliable person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
- A willingness to help wherever needed
