An exciting opportunity has become available for a Mid-Level Litigation Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing law firm based in the heart of Adelaide CBD.

This position will see you working across a state‑of‑the‑art office with sweeping city views and premium facilities. The Role

This position will see you working across a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:





You will have the opportunity to autonomously manage files while also working closely with senior practitioners on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing your own litigation files from commencement through to resolution
- Conducting preliminary case assessments and assisting with litigation strategy
- Drafting pleadings, submissions, advice, and complex correspondence
- Preparing matters for Court proceedings, mediations, hearings, and ADR
- Appearing in Court and attending negotiations and mediations
- Advising a diverse range of clients from individuals through to corporate entities
- Supporting junior staff and contributing to the ongoing growth of the practice

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4-5 years’ PAE within commercial litigation, dispute resolution, or similar practice areas
- Strong understanding of Court and NCAT procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with autonomy and initiative
- Commercially minded with a strong client-focused approach
