Arcare Aged Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for Craigieburn and nearby residences. The role is part time (26 hours/week, Monday to Thursday) with on-site duties across Arcare residences.
You will lead sales/admissions, maximize occupancy and RAD sales, and promote the Arcare brand through strong relationships with referrers. The role requires sales or customer service experience, relationship-building capabilities, and a solid understanding of aged care processes.
