Why Latrobe Community Health Service?

At Latrobe Community Health Service, we aim to prevent health problems through information and awareness, and to intervene sooner through the delivery of truly integrated healthcare.

Our origins are in Gippsland regional Victoria, but we have grown rapidly in recent years. Our services include general practice (GP); nursing; allied health; dental; counselling and psychology; gambling support; alcohol and drug treatment; migrant and refugee settlement services; social connection; carer support services and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in partnership with the NDIA.

What you’ll be doing in this role

The Talent Enablement Coordinator provides the operational, digital and system-enabled support that helps our learning, capability and change initiatives come to life across LCHS.

This is a varied, hands-on role at the intersection of digital learning, systems, coordination, communications and change. You will transform approved content into engaging learning resources, support and improve learning platforms and user journeys, coordinate the practical requirements of organisation-wide initiatives and maintain the information and insights needed to understand how our work is performing.

You will also be an important connection point between employees, leaders and the Talent and Capability team,

helping people navigate learning tools and processes, gathering feedback and ensuring information, actions and handovers remain coordinated.

The position offers a development pathway into broader learning, capability and talent work, with opportunities to contribute ideas, support facilitation and take on increasingly complex activities as your experience grows.

Your work will include:

Building and updating digital modules, presentations, guides, forms, templates, SharePoint content and other accessible learning resources.

Administering learning systems, user access, enrolments, learning pathways, records and completion requirements.

Coordinating learning activities, project actions, communications, providers, schedules, registrations, materials and evaluations.

Supporting change and engagement activities, including briefings, demonstrations, consultations, readiness activities and implementation resources.

Responding to employee and leader enquiries and helping resolve learning system, access and user-experience issues.

Preparing reports, dashboards, status updates and feedback summaries to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

What you’ll need

A qualification in business administration, human resources, digital learning, learning design, communications or a related discipline would be well regarded but is not mandatory.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys making complex work organised,

accessible and easy for others to navigate. You will bring a practical, service-focused approach and be equally comfortable working with people, systems, information and digital content.

Ideally, you will have:

Experience in complex administration, learning operations, digital learning production, systems coordination, project support, service desk support or a comparable role.

Confidence using digital platforms such as learning management systems, HR information systems, e-learning authoring tools or similar environments.

Strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint and presentation skills, with an eye for producing clear and professional digital and printed resources.

The ability to translate approved information into engaging, accessible and user-friendly formats while preserving its intended messages and outcomes.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate schedules, stakeholders, actions, records and competing priorities.

Explicit written communication, sound judgement and excellent attention to detail.

A collaborative and responsive approach, with a genuine interest in improving systems, processes and user experiences.

What’s in it for you?

ADO each month for eligible full-time employees.

Up to $15,900 tax-free income through not-for-profit salary packaging each year.

An optional $2,650 tax-free to spend towards meals and entertainment.

Novated leasing through our salary packaging provider, Maxxia.

Access to discounted private health insurance.

Online and onsite training and development.

Career progression opportunities.

Flexible working arrangements.

Practical experience across digital learning, systems, change, communications and organisation-wide capability projects.

A supportive development pathway into broader talent and capability work.
