BM Webb Industrial Property are seeking an experienced and reliable Excavator Operator to join our civil construction team. This role is suited to a safety-focused operator who takes pride in maintaining equipment and delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators safely and efficiently on a variety of projects.

Read and work from site plans and UTS / GPS/ machine control systems.

Perform daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance.

Work safely and efficiently as part of a construction crew.

Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Relevant operator tickets and licences.

Experience with final trim and detailed excavation.

White Card (or equivalent construction induction card).

Ability to read site plans and work to specifications.

Solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment. Based in Townsville, this role offers work-life balance through day shift operations, operating quality equipment.
