About the role:

- Drive Commercial Growth - Take ownership of the Retail Out of Home (ROOH) product offering and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with Sales - Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with front-line sales teams, acting as a trusted adviser within strategic client discussions.
- Execute the Growth Plan - Design and roll out targeted client engagement and sales strategies to accelerate ROOH revenue growth.
- Liaise with Senior Leadership - Mentor junior team members, engage meaningfully with the wider product team,



and proactively manage your upline to drive projects forward.

Experience required:

- Extensive Product sales experience in the Out of Home and Retail media landscapes.
- Skilled in driving product launches and using thought-leadership content to generate new client interest within the Out of Home space.
- A proactive, self-driven leader, you thrive on juggling multiple priorities and cutting through noise to deliver practical solutions that genuinely deliver results. You bring strong sales and analytical rigour, turning conflicting data into transparent, actionable commercial strategies, while applying a creative lens to bring out the best in your partners.
- Skilled at working through complex internal processes to deliver seamless, end-to-end campaigns, while refining offerings to unlock greater supplier opportunities.
