Job Description

We’re expanding our multidisciplinary team and are seeking a Registered Psychologist to support NDIS participants across the Dandenong and Mornington Peninsula regions.

In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to individuals with psychosocial disabilities and long-term health conditions, supporting them to achieve greater independence and meaningful life outcomes.

Your role

- Manage a diverse NDIS caseload across the lifespan




- Conduct assessments and clinical interviews to guide goal‑focused interventions
- Deliver person‑centred, evidence‑based therapy
- Collaborate with stakeholders, monitor risk, and produce high‑quality NDIS reports

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist
- Experience in NDIS or strong interest in disability support
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Team-oriented approach with openness to supervising junior clinicians
