At CraigCare, we believe mealtimes are about more than nutrition—they’re an key part of our residents’ daily wellbeing and enjoyment. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand at Pascoe Vale VIC Home to join our dedicated hospitality team and help create a positive dining experience for our residents.

About You:

- Previous kitchen, hospitality, or food service experience
- Sound knowledge of food safety practices (Food Safety Certificate preferred)
- Positive, team-focused, and customer-service oriented
- Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Flexible to work across a rotating roster, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with food preparation, presentation, and meal service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen workplace
- Support the monitoring and recording of Food Safety Program requirements




- Complete cleaning and sanitization tasks in accordance with food safety and CraigCare standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to residents
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Key Requirements:

- NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Police check clearance in case no NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Proof of Work rights in Australia
- Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)
