Lead the Delivery of Major Projects Across Brisbane

We're recruiting on behalf of a National Tier 2, award-winning construction company with almost 40 years delivering premium developments across Brisbane - We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, mixed-use and health projects, ranging in value from $50 million to $400 million.

Known for pioneering Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) delivery and for the long-term relationships they build with developers, architects and consultants, this is a business where quality and people come before anything else.

About the Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, commercial management and successful delivery of construction projects from commencement through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time,



within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the successful delivery of major construction projects from start to finish.
- Lead project planning, programming and resource allocation.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.
- Manage procurement, subcontractor engagement and contract administration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Queensland building legislation, the NCC and Australian Standards.
- Lead and mentor Site Managers, Contract Administrators and project teams.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering projects valued from $70M+
- Experience delivering commercial, retail, mixed-use and/or health projects.
- Experience with a National Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder highly regarded.
- 6+ years' experience as a Project Manager
- Solid understanding of Queensland building legislation, the NCC and Australian Standards.
- Strong commercial acumen managing budgets, procurement, forecasting and cost reporting.
- Experience using Procore, Jobpac, Cheops or similar construction management software.
