Operations Manager – Community Aged Care (Support at Home) Needed

Are you an experienced operations leader with a passion for community aged care? We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead service delivery, drive operational excellence, and support the continued growth of a well-established aged care provider.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role during a transformative period in the aged care sector, helping shape high-quality services while leading a dedicated and diverse team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead day-to-day operations across Victoria and New South Wales, including service delivery, client intake and onboarding, rostering, and workforce planning.
- Oversee the performance of the Support at Home program, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, client budget utilisation, care management, claiming accuracy, and financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multicultural team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the clinical team to support governance, incident management, SIRS reporting, complaints, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with referral networks and community stakeholders to support business growth.
- Translate strategic initiatives and sector reforms into effective operational plans, providing regular performance and risk reporting to senior leadership.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:





- Proven operational leadership experience within community aged care, home care, or a related community services environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, and the Support at Home program.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, quality management, risk, and incident management.
- A successful track record of leading and developing geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting, workforce planning, and operational performance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, health, or a related discipline (desirable).
- Clinical experience is highly regarded.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
