Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, the Operations Manager plays a key role in scaling the business, improving operational performance, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

About the Role:

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational activities ensuring projects, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and internal business operations run efficiently and safely. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, improving processes, managing resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of modular data centre projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day operations across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and project delivery to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time,



within budget, and to quality standards.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, standardisation, KPI management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee resource planning, procurement, supply chain, production, logistics, budgets, and inventory to support effective project delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and Australian Standards through effective governance and risk management.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, provide operational reporting, and support strategic business growth.

About You:

- 8+ years' experience in operations, project delivery, manufacturing, construction, or engineering, with proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, operational improvement, and commercial management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in modular construction, prefabrication, data centres, or industrial projects, with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ERP systems, and Australian construction and WHS regulations, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
