- Support implementation of the Technology Systems Review and Three-Year Digital Roadmap while maintaining day-to-day ICT and corporate services operations
- Manage the organisation's outsourced ICT provider and coordinate facilities, property and office support services to ensure efficient organisational operations
A recent pivotal role in a peak body that serves the interests of people from all ethnic backgrounds. Queensland is home to one of Australia's most vibrant multicultural communities, with people from all ethnic backgrounds contributing to the rich social and cultural fabric of our state. For decades, this highly regarded peak body has been a trusted provider of aged care, health and community services, supporting culturally and linguistically diverse communities to live well, participate fully and thrive.
As the organisation continues to grow and strengthen its foundations, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to coordinate business systems, ICT operations and corporate services. Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, this hands-on role is responsible for ensuring the organisation's technology, facilities, offices, properties and support services operate efficiently, securely and effectively.
Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will coordinate the implementation of a Technology Systems Review and Three-Year Digital Roadmap while maintaining responsibility for business-as-usual operations.
You will manage the relationship with the organisation's outsourced ICT provider, support ICT governance, cyber security, business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives, and coordinate facilities, property maintenance, asset management, office administration and contractor management.
Success in this role will require a practical, organised and solutions-focused professional with experience in business systems, ICT operations or corporate services. Comfortable balancing project delivery with day-to-day operational responsibilities, you will enjoy improving systems, coordinating services and ensuring the infrastructure, technology and support functions that underpin the organisation’s operations remain reliable, effective and fit for purpose.
Experience in aged care, health, community services, nonprofit organisations or multicultural environments will be highly regarded.
If you're a practical systems and operations professional who enjoys coordinating projects, improving processes and ensuring the day-to-day mechanics of an organisation run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
