Mandatory Qualifications Required To be eligible for these positions you must hold:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent

- Australian Driver’s Licence

- RII’s/Machine Competencies
- Hands-on experience with operator step-up and/or refresher training
- Basic proficiency using computers and/or Android tablets
- 3 yrs Operating either of the following 2 types of equipment:

- Production Excavator/Dozers

- Production Graders /Dozers

- Production Loader/Graders

- Production Loader/Dozers
- Frontrunner qualifications/experience an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Development and improvement of production operators.
- Uphold the values and professionalism of the company you represent.
- Proactive and effective communicator with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Positive self-presentation.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that reflect both your expertise and the standards of the company you represent.
- Deliver training focused on componentry,



preventative maintenance, safe operations, and operational efficiency.
