CC & B Solution Designer :
- Role : Oracle Utilities CC & B Solution Designer
- Location : Melbourne
- Eligibility : Australian PRs and Citizens
- 10 - 12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B; and MDM functionalities like customer service, billing, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OUAF framework, integration with CC & B.
- Oracle CC & B Functional Designer experience on at least two recent implementations, upgrades
- Experience facilitating business process workshops
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
- Prior experience in Australian Utility market will be an added advantage. Good understanding of Compliance and regulatory authority
- Excellent people management skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
