National Dental Care

Gladstone Central

Company Description

At National Dental Care (NDC), our mission is simple — to Make Australia Smile. Guided by our vision to be the first choice for both dental professionals and patients, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while creating workplaces where our people feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed.

Established in 2013, NDC has grown to become one of Australia’s largest and most trusted dental service providers, with a nationwide network of 111 modern practices — and growing. Our strength lies in our people, our collaborative culture, and our commitment to continuous improvement and clinical excellence.

About Fanelli Dental For over 42 years, Fanelli Dental has proudly cared for the Gladstone community. We are an airway-focused, prevention-driven practice committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based dentistry and modern technology.

Our team includes: 4 OHTs, 1 hygienist , 4 Dentists & a highly skilled clinical and admin team

We have a strong reputation in:

Preventive and periodontal care

Children's oral health and airway development

Team-oriented, patient-centred treatment

Airway focused dentistry

Most importantly, we invest in our people. Three of our current OHTs have remained with us since graduation, ranging from 6 to 10 years.

Recently we have joined NDC as a “prestige level practice” which means that we still provide high level services with no changes to the daily workings of the practice. We also are not a preferred provider allowing us to offer a personalised and longer hygiene appointments.

We are seeking an Oral Health Therapist who is is responsible for delivering high-quality preventive, periodontal and restorative care within their clinical scope, while supporting patient education and oral health promotion.

The role works collaboratively with Dentists, Hygienists and the wider practice team to deliver safe, patient-centred care in line with Australian professional, ethical and regulatory standards.
