About the Role
As the Organisational Change Manager, you will lead the people side of the transformation, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation.
Working closely with the Project Manager, Technical Lead and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for:
- Lead organisational change for a major TechnologyOne EAMS implementation.
- Deliver change, communications, stakeholder engagement and business readiness strategies.
- Conduct change impact assessments, readiness and training needs analysis.
- Partner with project,
technical and business teams to drive successful adoption.
- Coach leaders, manage change risks and embed sustainable business outcomes.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change on Enterprise Asset Management (EAMS) implementations (essential).
- TechnologyOne experience highly regarded, with exposure to other ERP platforms including SAP, Oracle or similar considered.
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communications and training across complex enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience within complex organisations will be highly regarded, including local government environments.
