Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of two significant transformation initiatives. Working closely with an experienced Change Manager, you will play a key role in helping stakeholders understand, prepare for, and adopt changes across processes, systems, governance, and operating models.You will be responsible for supporting a range of change management activities including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, readiness activities, communications, training coordination, and the development of key change artefacts. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Change Analyst who enjoys working across multiple projects in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting change impact assessments and analysing stakeholder impacts
- Supporting stakeholder engagement activities across diverse audiences
- Developing communications, presentations, FAQs, and change collateral
- Coordinating training activities and supporting readiness assessments
- Monitoring change risks, issues, and adoption outcomes
- Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and change leaders to support successful implementation
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change initiatives within complex project or programme environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, including experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Experience developing change management deliverables such as impact assessments, change plans, communications, training materials, and readiness reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Ability to analyse business impacts and translate findings into practical change activities
- Experience supporting training, communications, and adoption initiatives
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or similar frameworks
- Proficiency using Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, intranet platforms, and digital collaboration tools
- Ability to work effectively in environments with competing priorities and evolving project requirements
