Are you an experienced Organisational Change Manager who thrives in complex enterprise environments? We're partnering with a major Queensland Government department to appoint an accomplished change professional to support a portfolio of high-profile cyber security initiatives.

Working across a large and diverse workforce, you'll play a critical role in driving adoption, business readiness, stakeholder alignment and sustainable change outcomes for a range of technology-enabled transformation projects. These projects include Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives designed to strengthen enterprise cyber capability.

The Opportunity As the Organisational Change Manager, you will lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of change activities across multiple projects, ensuring business outcomes are achieved and new ways of working are successfully embedded.

Key responsibilities include

- Developing and delivering organisational change strategies and plans
- Leading stakeholder engagement and communication activities




- Driving business readiness, training and transition initiatives
- Working closely with project managers and senior business leaders
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change impacts
- Facilitating workshops and consultation with executive stakeholders
- Measuring adoption and benefits realisation outcomes
- Contributing to organisational change capability and continuous improvement activities across the broader change practice.

About You To be successful, you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience delivering organisational change within large and complex organisations
- Strong experience supporting ICT or digital transformation programs
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Well-developed communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- The ability to operate autonomously while contributing within a collaborative team setting
- Experience working within government or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.

Mandatory Requirement
- Change Management certification through a recognised professional body such as Prosci.
