JR Richards & Sons is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team, servicing the Port Macquarie and Mid North Coast region. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established territory while identifying and securing new business across a growing market.

With the flexibility of a field-based role, you'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and the support of one of Australia's most respected waste and recycling providers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships

- Identifying and converting new business opportunities

- Managing enquiries and providing tailored waste management solutions

- Preparing quotations and service proposals

- Conducting regular customer visits and account reviews

- Working closely with operational teams to deliver outstanding service

- Achieving sales growth and account management targets

What We're Looking For

- Experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles

- Strong communication,



negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive to achieve results

- The ability to work independently and manage your own territory

- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Current driver's licence

- Waste industry experience is desirable but not essential
