Sales Engineer / Applications Engineer - BESS

Position: In this role, you will bridge engineering, sales and customers by designing battery energy storage solutions, developing technical proposals, and supporting renewable energy projects from concept through to submission. This role suits an electrical engineer who enjoys technical problem-solving, solution design, and customer collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and configure battery energy storage solutions
- Prepare tenders, proposals and technical documentation
- Support sales teams with technical expertise and customer solutions
- Develop electrical drawings and system layouts using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with engineering, product and commercial teams

Skills & Experience

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in sales engineering, applications engineering, tendering or similar roles
- Knowledge of BESS, solar PV, power systems or renewable energy
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design documentation
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer solutions
