- Preferably 10 yrs experience as a BA with Banking/FSHIL
- Should have experience with Digital Web tech development projects
- Accomplished Business Analyst with work ex on IT projects / ITIL environments
- Proficiency in clarifying business requirements, performing a gap analysis between goals and existing procedures/skill sets, and documenting process and system improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
