Overview of the role and mission: Ready Kids OT is on a mission to boost educator's confidence so every child feels seen, protected and ready to learn. We’re seeking a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist who thrives on creativity, initiative, and has a big heart to give.

Responsibilities

- Empower educators – Coach and mentor childcare teams, giving them the skills and confidence to support every child.

- Collaborate & Adapt – Work closely with centre leaders and teams, shaping each visit around their needs.

- Teach and Inspire – Lead small group workshops and professional development sessions.

- Create Practical Resources – Craft handouts, information sheets, and quick-reference visuals that make strategies stick.

- Iterate & Improve – Test ideas, gather feedback, and level-up our proven coaching framework alongside our Senior OT.
