PAM/IDAM Project Manager

Loaction-Melbourne/Sydney

We are seeking an experienced PAM/IDAM Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives within large-scale enterprise environments.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, risk management, vendor coordination, and successful implementation of identity security solutions. The role requires close collaboration with security, infrastructure, application, architecture, and business teams to ensure the delivery of secure, compliant, and scalable identity management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of PAM and IDAM projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
- Drive project governance, reporting, and executive communications.

PAM & IDAM Program Delivery





- Lead implementation and enhancement of PAM solutions such as CyberArk
- Lead onboarding of applications, privileged accounts, and infrastructure assets into PAM platforms.
- Drive Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access certification, segregation of duties, and identity governance programs.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

- Ensure project compliance with internal security policies and regulatory obligations.
- Support audit readiness and evidence collection activities.
- Manage project change requests and governance approvals.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

- 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering technology or cybersecurity projects.
- Proven experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives.
- Robust understanding of cybersecurity project delivery practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong risk and issue management capabilities.

Desirable

- Experience delivering enterprise security transformation programs.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Utilities, or Telecommunications sectors.
- Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Understanding of Zero Trust Security principles.
