Day to Day:

- Work closely with the Advisor Team to develop sound financial planning strategies/recommendations for clients
- Undertake detailed research and analysis of a broad range of advice strategies and products, remaining focused on providing a truly holistic service offering
- Complete complex Statement of Advice and Record of Advice documentation
- Proactively seeking opportunities to create administrative efficiencies using Xplan software
- Assist with the coordination of the client services team
- Review client files to ensure compliance requirements are met
- Support the implementation of ‘best practice’ systems and processes




- Remain up to date on legislative and industry changes, as well as investment market developments

About You:

- Experience in the use of XPLAN Software (preferred but not essential)
- A explicit understanding of financial planning opportunities a industry legislative requirements
- Experience working with SMSF's (preferred but not essential)
