Connecting Families is seeking a Male Disability Support Worker to join our Griffin, QLD team. You will provide person-centred support to a client with complex care needs, helping with personal care, mobility, community access and daily living activities in a respectful, empowering setting.
Candidates should have Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, valid QLD Driver's Licence, and up-to-date First Aid
