We have an incredible opportunity to join our Port Melbourne store. You will offer flooring solutions and expert advice to your customers, ensuring their experience is second to none.

This is a excellent opportunity for those who have studied design or are passionate about interior architecture. Upload our customer floor plans and display renders to help our customer visualise their future homes and projects.

Weinvest in our team, so we're looking for someone eager to learn, develop, and grow their skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

The role

- Take our customers through our stunning range of products and offer expert advice




- Use our design program to upload customer plans and create stunning renders to help visualise their spaces
- Create customer quotes and follow up after their visit
- Stay up to date with the latest products and trends through training and resources
- Update ticketing and Visual Merchandise in line with planograms
- Go above and beyond, identifying opportunities to provide additional value and recommendations
- Work collaboratively within a friendly and dynamic team
- Maintain high showroom standards, ensuring things are kept clean and tidy
- Actively promote safety and abide by all OH&S; policies and procedures
