Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting to lead a classroom by engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children.

About your new role:

- Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in supporting a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.
- Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
- Confidencein building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills andinterests,and include a explicit cycle of reflective practice.
- Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.

About you:

- Diploma (or working towards diploma) in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.
- Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.




- Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
